Focusing on the movement of your breath throughout your body is your deepest connection to life

and yourself.

 

Many people think meditation is the clearing of the mind for total relaxation. Ultimately, meditation is a way of USING the mind to connect within.

Our breath is our deepest connection to life itself. We can live without food for weeks, and water for days, but without our breath, within only a few minutes our cells begin to die at a rapid pace. Connecting to our minds and bodies through  learning to see how our breath flows within our bodies, is our deepest way to connect to ourselves. Through developing a calm and open awareness of the energy in our bodies we can begin to understand how everything in our lives impacts us.

Deep Focus Meditation is a contemplative technique that helps you to understand who you are, how you are living in your body, and how your life is created around who you are.

DFM gives you clarity on your relationships to Yourself, and Others,  your health, and even Career

Through focusing on the breath,  stretching and intuitive movement, the body begins to awaken to a new experience of itself, ultimately arriving at greater levels of health, and fitness on all levels.

Private Coaching

Private coaching is for you if you struggle with deeper issues of either physical pain or emotional trauma. These issues are very difficult to release on one’s own as the experience of sharing and receiving empathy is a key factor in healing. Through working with me one-on-one, we create a space where you feel fully comfortable to express anything that comes up without holding back or feeling self conscious.

During a private session, you will learn to use your breath to lead you into a deep state of body centered awareness. You will begin to experience a sense of calm and often joy as you connect to the life force within you. Within this safe space, any area of your life can be safely explored, understood, learned from and if necessary, released. Every feeling you have is honored and validated. In this safe space, you can give yourself permission to feel anything you want.

A gentle hands-on energy massage is also often used to release stagnated energy that has already manifested physically, and is often difficult to release using breath alone.

Deep Focus Meditation is primarily a teaching: a tool you will learn and eventually be able to practice on your own, to help you feel empowered in your every day life.

In order to learn the basic technique, a minimum of 2 sessions is required.

Meditation and Movement

The goal in DFM is for you to learn how to deeply connect to your physical and emotional body through your breath so you can set the stage for continuous growth; changing your entire life from the ground up.

In DFM, we learn to use meditation as a way to look deeply into ourselves and into our lives. To understand the past and the present with full clarity, so we can plan for the future.

As a species, we were meant to share; we were meant to learn from each other. By practicing with a group and sharing our individual experiences with each other., we can propel our own growth even further

 

TORONTO CLASSES.

I keep my class sizes very small to preserve the intimacy and allow more attention and devotion to be given to each and every person attending. Group classes are usually limited to 6 people.
