Meditation and Art

is an evening of bringing forth your emotional reality into a physical experience.

In this class you will learn how to use the elements of ART,  Balance, Harmony, Movement, and Rhythm,

along with the use of Color and Form,

to create emotionally stimulating artwork, that is artistically respectful of the elements of design, but is not necessarily visually realistic.

Meditation is the space where I get to experience the force of energy.

Art is about rhythm and flow, harmony and balance. In painting we explore these feelings through the use of form and color.

In Meditative abstract art, we learn about the impact the various shapes, and colors have on how we feel.
